Cumulative totals for 百格活动 (bagevent.com), our China platform, from 2015 to today.
01The platform
Tiered pricing, multi-currency checkout, approval workflows, conditional forms.
Event site with its own branded address.
Phone or desktop. Both work offline and sync when the venue Wi-Fi comes back.
The same app runs a stand and carries an attendee's badge.
Stripe Connect per entity. Each entity settles to its own bank account, in its own currency.
Cross-event and cross-entity. Revenue splits by entity and currency, so each one reconciles on its own.
02Track record
BagEvent started in 2015 as 百格活动, a widely used event platform in China. Founder Donghui Qian (Milo) rebuilt the international edition on bagevent.io from scratch — every design decision carries what we learned on site.
03Who it is for
Multi-track, multi-day, with speakers, sponsors, and thousands of attendees.
Conference registration software →Internal meetings, town halls, offsites, and client events.
Corporate event platform →Exhibitor applications, booth assignment and extras, attendance reports exhibitors can use.
Exhibition & trade show software →The annual congress, the regional chapters, and the training days — run as one programme.
Association event software →One workspace per client.
Each client's revenue settles to their own entity. White-label event sites.
Event software for agencies →Same programme, six cities, six currencies, six time zones.
One schedule, no overlaps.
Multi-city event series →Academic conferences, universities, awards, and multi-entity groups → see all solutions
04Payments & settlement
Attendees pay into your own Stripe or PayPal account — full amount, no platform cut. Run more than one legal entity? Connect one account per entity and each event settles to the one you assign; reports split by entity and currency, so nobody reconciles by hand.
How settlement works →One organisation · three entities
Illustrative sample — not a customer dashboard
Example setup. Each entity settles to its own bank account; the group figure is a converted view, not a balance.
05Compliance
Consent at every collection point, deletion built in, DPA ready to sign.
No personal data in the scan. Scanning a ticket with any other app reveals nothing about the attendee.
Data is held in Singapore. For attendees in the EEA and the UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and we say so in writing.
06Pricing
You pay for the subscription and for marketing email credits. Ticket revenue settles to your own payment account in full. Need more than one legal entity? Business covers five.

If you want a marketplace to find attendees for you, or your events are free with no payments and no door to run, a lighter tool will cost less and fit better. BagEvent is built for events where registration, payment, and check-in all have to hold up. Full note on pricing →
For professional events, it is the tool that publishes a conference or corporate programme, takes names (and usually money), and gets people through the door. BagEvent is built for that job: registration, ticketing, payments, and check-in — with payouts to your own Stripe or PayPal and a 0% platform fee on ticket sales.
What to look for when choosing a platformPro is $99/mo billed annually ($129 month to month), Business $479/mo billed annually ($599 month to month), Enterprise on request. Every plan takes 0% of ticket sales — you connect your own Stripe or PayPal. 14-day free trial, no credit card.

BagEvent is built for professional conferences and corporate programmes that need payments in their own account and a check-in desk that keeps working when venue Wi-Fi fails — with 0% platform fee on every plan. The comparison page goes topic by topic; for the other side's current fees and features, check their site rather than ours.
BagEvent vs EventbriteYes. Map each currency or event to the entity that should settle it, and each entity settles to its own bank account. Business covers five entities and Enterprise is unlimited. Revenue reports split by entity and currency, so each one reconciles on its own.
Yes. Both the staff app and the desktop client download the attendee list in advance and keep scanning with no connection. Check-ins queue locally and sync automatically once the network returns.
Compare mobile and desktop check-inOne app covers all three. Door staff check people in, stand staff scan visitors into their own lead list and run polls and draws, and attendees carry their badge, meet the people worth meeting, and join what is on. Which one you see depends on the role each event gave you.
See the event appOrganizer accounts, event records, and attendee registrations are held on Google Cloud Platform in Singapore. Singapore is not covered by an EU adequacy decision, so for attendees in the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and we sign a Data Processing Agreement with every customer.
